SEASONAL EXHIBITION

In exhibition room two, the 2022 exhibition consists of three seasonal displays as well as the permanent 'Lairds of Whalsay' display. Firstly we have the beautiful exhibition of traditional and contemporary lace knitting. The second display is a celebration of the Queen's platinum jubilee, with royal memorabilia showing some of Whalsay's royal connections. The third display highlights and honours the history of Whalsay healthcare.
